How quickly will you ship my order?

Most orders will ship the same day or the next business day, depending on the item and the time the order was received.

What delivery methods and options do you offer?

We exclusively use UPS ground shipping. (UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, so a street address is required.)

Note that UPS will leave the packages at your door or in a "safe place" as deemed by the delivery driver. If you'd like to request that a signature is mandatory, please contact UPS directly and give them the tracking number provided in your "Shipping Confirmation" email and they will change the delivery instructions to "Signature Required".

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Florida. Delivery to the east coast and midwest is usually 3 to 4 days, and west coast states 4 to 5 days.

I need my order on a certain day, can you guarantee delivery?

Please note that while more than 90% of our customers receive their orders in 3 to 5 business days, we can not guarantee a delivery day. Once UPS picks up from our warehouse, the package is entirely in their system and control. Delivery times are dependent on the delivery region of the country as well as particular zip codes, holiday schedules, weather, UPS overall traffic volume and many other factors completely out of our control. Packages can also get lost or damaged resulting in delays.

We strongly advise you not to schedule plumbers or contractors until your order is fully delivered and all items inspected.

Is a signature required or can the package be left on my porch?

No, a signature is not required. If you're not home, the UPS driver will leave your packages at your front door. If no safe place is available, the driver will take keep the packages and leave you a UPS delivery notice on your door so you can call and arrange for a more convenient delivery time. If you'd like to request that a signature is mandatory, please contact UPS directly and give them the tracking number provided in your "Shipping Confirmation" email and they will change the delivery instructions to "Signature Required".

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping to you is included FREE with each order over $99 in the continental USA. (Only on returns does the buyer pay the shipping charges.) On orders under $99, standard UPS rates are charged to the customer.

What are your shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?

We do offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, for an additional shipping surcharge of $199.
The extra shipping charge will be automatically added to your shopping cart at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please contact us with your specific delivery address, and we'll be happy to give you a custom quote for international shipping.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Is damage common during shipping?

No, any kind of shipping damage is extremely rare.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Customers must open boxes and inspect completely upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to our office and UPS within 48 hours of shipment being delivered. If reported promptly, we will send a replacement item immediately.

After 48 hours of receipt of shipment, however, no replacement or return is possible. This is a UPS insurance policy rule so we have absolutely no flexibility in this matter. We can only file a claim with them within the first 48 hours, so please inspect everything carefully.

WARRANTY

What is your warranty coverage?

Speck offers a limited 2 year warranty on all pumps. Please see the official details of the warranty posted in the EasyFit Product Manual: EasyFit Series - Product Manual (full version)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • All items must be received back at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.
  • All items must be new, in original packaging and re-salable. 
  • The customer responsible for return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

We can not accept returns of ANY opened or installed products, under any circumstances. If the item isn't functioning properly or is damaged, this will be covered under our Warranty for a repair or replacement, but not a return.
